Sorry for the late reply. It looks like this is because the router boots up faster than the extender, so the camera connects back to router's Wifi signal first before the extender boost up. You may try to adjust the location of camera or router and separate them even further to make the camera does not detects router's Wifi at the current position and see if that helps. Or try to restart the extender & camera after the router internet outage.
