Vendor ID Conditional Pool Tapo P110
What is the Vendor ID for tplinks TAPO P110 to create a conditional pool of IP addresses for these devices?????

I did not find the vendor ID information for tapo device in the data center. You may try the first 6 digits of the device MAC address in XX:XX:XX format as the vendor ID and see if that works.
Otherwise, it is recommended to reserve an IP address for each Tapo device by setting up IP reservation on the router settings page. Here is an example of setting up Address Reservation on tp-link router.

Tried your suggestion.
And although the first 6 digits of MAC addresses are the same for the TAPO plugs it does not use an IP address in the specified range.
Tested with WireShark and it seems that TAPO devices do not transmit a VENDOR CLASS IDENTIFIER, and so do not work with your own equipment.
Very odd when you advertise Deco X20 ready for 100 IOT devices but you can not allocate more than 32 addresses.
So please advice.
NOTE: Address reservation has reached the entries level LIMIT of 32, so I can not add.
