Hi There, Bought couple of C320WS, all the cameras are hardware version 1.0. While updating the firmware, one of the camera got updated to 1.1.21 whereas the others couldn't go beyond 1.1.20, which is unusual and strage for device with same hardware version. May be older C320WS camera hardware build is not capable to take firmware version 1.1.21 where as the new hardware version can. With the 1.1.21 version, in the AI one can adjust the Person Detection sensitivity, where as this feature is available in the firmware version 1.1.20. 

Is some else facing the same issue? Can TP Link or TAPO engineer solve this issue. By the way I have sent few back to the store to replace with new build camera but the store cannot find from the SNO or Build No etc which is new or old builds. The replacement lot is also unable to go beyond 1.1.20.
