Hello, I have the exact same problem as is described in this threath - https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/507516
Unfortunetly I am not able to play any redordins on one of my camera. One the second camera everithing work fine. Thank you for you help!

Thank you for creating a new thread. 

  • Try reducing the number of mobile devices that watch camera Playback to 1 device. (including the shared account's mobile device)

Here is a QA for more details:  Part3  Q3.2 Can I view multiple Tapo cameras at the same time? 

  • Try rebooting tapo camera (APP> camera settings> reboot camera)

 

Please also confirm the app and device firmware are both up to date ,if still the same,1)  please share the MAC address of the camera with us by private message 2) Do you use any third party APP / NVR to manage the camera?   

Kindly check my private message to help collect the log.
