I just bought Tapoc200 online 4 days ago , i already used it, yesterday we have brownout in our place. The after the power resumes my Tapoc200 didnt operate anymore i tried to reset it but did not open. There is no red or green light indicator

If still the same issue, it is possible the power outage did some damage to the camera, you could contact the retailer to check warranty. Hope this helps!
