Tapo C200 unable to detect kids / human
I am impressed with the video quality of Tapo C200 but there is one thing that bothered me.
Cam is placed inside garage.
The motion detection is able to pick up big object eg. cars.
For motorcycle, it is able to detect 80% of the time.
When it comes to human walk by, it only detects 30% of the time.
I have set the sensitivity level to the highest, is there anything else can be done?

- Please confirm the Tapo APP version and camera firmware are both up to date.

- If turn on camera Alarm, when person walks or enter activity zone, will camera alarm be triggered at that time?
If the issue persist, can you help provide some information to help look into that further:
1) the video clip showing the issue (use Tapo APP to manually record the video from Playback )
2) Do you use Motion Detection recording or Continuous recording, can I have photo of motion detection settings including Recording Schedule, Activity Zone & Sensitivity
3) Tapo APP version & Mac address of camera( please share MAC by private message)

Both Tapo APP and tapo firmware are the latest.
Sensitivity is high with entire view covered.
Attached the sample image. The circled part is hit or miss for motion detection.
At times, it is detected late. (Only detected when object move to the center)

How can I view 24-hour recordings of Tapo cameras in Tapo app?
When the motion happens in your circled area, will that motion trigger an Alarm? Can I have a picture of the Activity zone settings as well?
