Model: Tapo C200  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.15

I recently installed C200s in a farm property. 

 

  • Camera 1: installed in September - workED fine... camera was shared
  • Camera 2: relocated from city and installed in December
  • Camera 1 and 2 reset to change control account (seriously, why can only the primary account move and tilt the camera?!?!)
  • Camera 1 and 2 now cannot be shared - network unstable

 

given:

  • both cameras are on the same network
  • both cameras are feeding on the app but cannot be shared
  • network is working excellently
  • speed is 100mbps
  • camera one used to be shareable

 

what do I do?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to reply you late. Forum has been busy recently. 

Don't know if your problem has been solved. If not, may I have screenshot of the error message that cam can't be shared?

BTW, can you watch the liveview stably? Do cameras have other weird issue? Thanks~
