C310 not recording at certain times!
Good Afternoon!
we recently bought a C310 outdoor camera to add to our two indoor TC60s.
We set it up (wirelessly) and it was working fine. Then we mounted it on our wall outside and all was good. We were offered a free trial of tapo care which we accepted. Around 12 hours later the c310 stopped alerting us to motion and stopped recording to the cloud. (There's no memory card in it). We have discovered through lots of tests that while the camera is in "auto" or "day" mode it won't record between 930am and 430pm. (It will only alert and record in night mode during these hours) we have the "alarm" set up and it will alarm for motion at all times just won't alert to motion detection on our devices (phones and iPad) Come 430pm it will record in day or night or auto and alert for motion detection. We are so confused as to why it's doing this and so are tech support! Does anyone have any similar experiences? Because we are stumped! Thank you!
