Hello,

 

I haven't received any line-crossing notifications in like 4 or 5 days, i was finding it weird because there's always a spider, a cat or something that generates these alerts.

 

I started watching my recordings and then realized the line-crossing isn't working properly. The subject crosses the line but no notification is sent, then the subject kinda of mixes in the background and you just don't see it, like it was a ghost. I believe this is why the line-crossing isn't working.

 

I tried resetting the device, power on/off, etc. Nothing worked. Is this a malfunction? Has anyone had a similar issue?

 

Here's an example:

The two red lines are the line-crossing, this cat passed right through them and nothing was detected. The cat is kinda blurred the whole time. This used to work perfectly until 5 days ago.

 

Here's another one, this one the camera couldn't pick up if it was night or day because there were some lights so it was set to bright when it was actually dark. The image is bad and i get it that it can fail, however this has never happened before.

 

In the example bellow that blur you see, it's me waking in the direction the arrow shows, however the entire time you only see pixels moving, at no point in time you see any part of my body. My full body is mixed in the background, like I was invisible to the camera.

1. May I know  does ' subjects getting blurred  in the background'  happen since the recent firmware update?

From your second photo, the night mode seems to be  "OFF' , it is recommended to turn on Night mode and see image in the evening could become more clear. 

 

2. Can you share a video clip showing the moving object does not trigger the Line Crossing, please use Camera ' Recording' function to manually record the clip, and share with us  the current Sensitivity Level , a photo of the Line Crossing settings.
