Having issue reformating my memory card in my tapo c200 but i can format my memory card in my pc

Please make sure Tapo APPis up to date,and also try some suggestions here:
1.Try a SD card with 8GB to 128GB capacity (* capacity less than 2 GB is not supported):

2. Verify if SD card is Fake (expanded capacity) with H2testw software and share a photo with us (back up important files before run the test_

May I know the Capacity/ Brand/ a photo of your SD card? What is your Tapo APP version, and the model of your phone?
If you have some trouble formating SD card in the Tapo APP or camera reports any Error, can you share a photo? Thank you
