Sd card format
From time to time the app tells me that the sd card has to be formated.
But I already have done that long ago.
could this mean that a bad person changed the sd card to a new one bc he was cought on camera?

Hi,
Usually, when the SD card is full and the Loop Recording feature is disabled, when there are some changes to your SD card, or when a new SD card is inserted, you may see the prompt to format the SD card.
You can go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Local Storage page to check if the SD card is full, and you can remove the SD card from the camera to check if it's yours.
If there are video recordings stored on the SD card, you can connect the SD card to your computer via an SD card adapter to back up the recordings and then format it when it's inserted into the camera.
Best Regards
