Model: KP400
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.6

Hi

I am having an issue with my KP400; it seems the KP400 outputs a very low wattage even when OFF, hence, my led lights still remain slightly dimmed and opened even when OFF.

Any fix for this?

@Mrpoune Hello,

Sorry for the delayed reply, may I have a link of the lamp connected to KP400?

If you tried  different home appliances or a different lamp, could it get power as well, many thanks.

Please manually switch off KP400, press the control button to turn it off, is it the same case?

@Solla-topee What do you mean a link to the KP400?

I've tried manually turning on and off the device. However, even when OFF, my led lights are still slightly lit.

@Mrpoune Hello,

Thank you for your reply. May I know the model of the Led lights or the purchase link of the Led lights?

If you try a different light fixture or lamp and see if other lamps do the same?  Does this happen to both sockets of Kp400?

May I know where did you plug the KP400, can I have a photo showing how did you place the KP400 if possible, thank you.

As this case is a bit special we'd like to have a specialist  to follow up your case via email, please check your inbox later, thank you.

Hi, Sorry for the long delay. My KP400 is exactly placed like in the picture you provided. The LED lights are the following: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07KCCQCYH/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A2LN73PHCTFTIO&psc=1 I am currently connecting them to a WEMO SMART PLUG which works perfectly. Thanks
