Camera is non visible on the cloud

The camera it's OK.
Everything work by the app bat I can't see the camera on the cloud.
Any suggest ?

May I know double-check the model number of your camera, is it Tapo C200 or NC200 ?

As Tapo camera does not have a cloud website to watch Live view like older NC camera series, but tapo camera support ONVIF protocol and RTSP streaming.
You could consider some third party softwares like iSpy to view camera:
