Is the Tapo C200 actually compatible with Google Assistant

I've just bought a Tapo C200 and have tried to use it with my Google Chromecast and Nest Hub. It acknowledges the camera, but only shows a grey screen with the text "Smart Home Camera." Is this a known issue?

May I know have a photo of the grey screen with the text "Smart Home Camera."? can you double-check the exact model of the Nest Hub, thank you.
Please confirm Kasa device firmware is up-to-date , and Kasa & Google home APP are both up to date.
You could try to reauthorize / relink Kasa account in the Google home APP and stream on Nest hub again.

got the same going on with mine try to stream to Google home hub end up with black screen smart home camera look like i be taking this back as it not as described and not fit for purpose
