@rahuk1234

Good day,

Sorry for the delay.

May I know how long have you had the camera and when did this issue start?

If it is not 360º horizontal, what is the moving range now?

If you gently push the camera a little bit in case the camera got stuck, would that make any difference?

And have you tried to factory reset the camera to have a look?

By the way, where are you located?

Thanks a lot.

@Brook

May I know how long have you had the camera and when did this issue start?

I have purchased this camera on 23/10/2020 and this issue started from 4/11/2020

If it is not 360º horizontal, the what is the moving range now?

Yes Its 360º horizontal movement issue and it is not moving at all

If you gently push the camera a little bit in case the camera got stuck, would that make any difference?

If i gently push camera in horizontal movement it is moving ok but after that also its horizontal movement is not working

And have you tried to factory reset the camera to have a look?

Yes I have done factory reset 3-4 times but its not working

In i have also upgraded firmware to 1.0.16 but still no use my problem remain unresolved

@rahuk1234

Good day,

Thanks a lot for your kind reply.

In this way, please wait for a while and I might need to check with the senior engineers for more advice.

As soon as there is any updated news, I could come back as soon as possible.

Thank you very much.

@rahuk1234

Good day,

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Sorry for the delay.

In this way, I am afraid that the internal wiring might go wrong and you might need to contact the shop retailer to get it replaced first;

Really sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks a lot for your understanding and support.
