I just got Smart plug KP303 bought in Amazon when i linked to Kasa App its Local only and I can't enable the Remote control in the settings. it says Failed: Invalid Device.
Does it mean the unit of Smart plug is defective?

If still failed, please kindly show me the MAC address printed on the device label as well as the MAC address you can find on the Kasa app device settings page.
