Hello, by Programming function, do you mean the Schedule function? If so, please check if the device time of the plug is the same as real time on your phone, if not, please select correct Timezone and location on the Kasa App to correct the time. After that, if there is still any problem, please check if the event show up under the device name of device list page, and send us a screenshot of all the events created.
