Firmware Version:

Got 10 HS110/100, working fine. However, today one of the HS 110 was no longer connected to the app. It is no longer turning on, that is, no light in the on/off switch, Tried several other outlets, that other HS110 respon and turns on from.

So, question is, is there any trick to get it back in life, or has it just become a dead electronic device with no more hope? (S/N 218C317004395)

Sorry for the delay.

Have you tried to reset the HS110 by holding the system button for 10s to do a factory reset to see If that helped?

After reset, if still nothing happened, you might need to contact the shop retailer to ask for the warranty.

Hi. Yes, I've tried to hold the button for more then 10s. Also the main button, and both. But as there is "no sign of life", that is no light in main buttin, I believe there is a main fault. So next tep will have to be to contact the shop I bougth it from.
