Hello, the HS300 and KP303 are both power strip. While the HS300 has 6 smart outlets + 3 built-in USB ports. , KP303 has 3 Smart Outlets + 2 USB Ports. 

 

They both support surge protection.

@AzfarHashmi my KP303 just done this a week ago, and I cannot seem to find a fix? Outlet 1 went out and won't turn on via the app or physical button

Where are you located?

And May I know how long have you had the device and when did this issue start?

The other two outlets are still working fine, right?

Have you tried to reset the smart power strip to see if that helped?

I am located in Australia, I brought my device in New Zealand in May this year. The issue started around 3 weeks ago. The other two outlets are working, its just plug 1 that isn't. I did reset the device and received a firmware update. I completed the update and then reset again, to find that plug one was now putting out power but I cannot turn it off (so its stuck on) pre re-set and update the LED for plug one wasn't on, and now it's like half lit up (compared to the others) and wont turn off when I press the physical button.

In this way, you could contact the local shop retailer to request for the warranty serice now since there seemed to be a hardware issue with the KP303;
