Hello !

 

Got three smart plugs with different firmware versions ; 2 are 1.5.2 and other one is 1.5.3. Kasa doesn't show me firmware upgrades. How to manualy upgrade to latest firmware ?

The firmware version varies due to the different country versions of the same device. 

 

Please check it on the back of the actual device; 

 

After that, please tell us the country version and the firmware version one by one so that we can give you a specfic answer.

Hola! I just bought a HS100, it has a 1.1.1 firmware, KASA android software shows that the lastest firmware is 1.2.5, but when I try to update it it always fails after a minute,

 

can you help me?

Is there any error message after it failed to update? 

 

Please ensure that the kasa app version is up to date, and connect your smart phone to the home wifi to give it a go.

 

Still the same, you can change another smart phone and test again.
