Trying to setup a new plug in kasa (have already 3 running).

However, in the KASA, when adding a new plug, I get a message to connect to WIFI. I'm already connected to Wifi (and can switch on/off the other 3 plugs).

It's the same wifi router as the 3 other plugs are connected to so not sure what is going wrong

What is the APP version and the OS version of your smart phone? 

 

You can update the OS version of your smart phone to the latest one and reconfigure the HS110. 

 

Besides, you can change another smart phone to set it up.
