Thanks again Kevin

I just put it to another wall socket and see no problem. So I realize that problem with that particular socket...

And yesterday I plug on bad socket my TV. after awhile it start turning on and off while connected directly! It is never been before... I knew my sockets for 10 years.

So HS110 works well at new location and I need to call electrician to check that bl00dy socket.

@Linker134

Does it happen regularly? How often does it turn itself off?

What is the power consumption of the TV? Try to change another apppliance plugged into it and check whether it works.

Besides, try to change another power socket or hard reset and reconfigure the smart plug to give it a shot.

May it help.

@Linker134

Thanks for your valued reply, glad to hear that you figured it out.

Now you can call an electrician to check the power socket.

And you can relocate the smart plug and enjoy it.

Any further problem, please let us know.

Best regards.
