I just installed a HS200 instead of my old wemo switch. I assumed at this point companies would have figured out that people don’t want a glowing led coming from a switch in there bedroom.

When I search online all I can see is the people are putting tape on their “smart switches” to block the light. Please tell me there is a way to turn this off!!!!!!!

Currently, there is no such button to turn that light off, I feedback to tplink, they said will report to product engineer.

It's meant to be a little night light so you can find the light switch in the dark. I don't think there is a way to turn it off.

There appears to be a command for it, I'll add it to AutomatoinManager for anyone that has it and wants to try. It'll be in the next beta version.
