I have NC450 on ethernet - but it is very slow to respond. It puts up a message [ Pan-tile starting] Should this be Pan-Tilt??
The connection speed showing on my app varies but is never above 50kbs. What should it be? My broadband connection is only about 8MB in this location.

Are you at home when trying to access it? It should be faster in the local network, while for remote access, it would be slower depending on your internet speed.

It's a remote connection over the internet. But the performance is very disappointing. There's enough. Sndwidth at both ends. Can anyone else advise what speed they show from their cams in this set-up?

My cams sometimes only show 5kbps, but I can watch the video normally.
If you watch the camera on tplinkclound.com over the internet, is it also very slow?
