Hi, thank you for the advice

I had make hard resets, but ip of the camera allways was 192.168.zero.x

I dint make change to main router because all my apps are whith ip 192.168.1.x

Problem i think is solved.I gave to my laptop temporaly static ip 192.168.0.x, then connected wired the camera and changed camera ip to 192.168.1.x

I can see now camera lan and remote.

Thank you again for your reply

Hi,

What is the light status of the NC450?

Have you ever changed the main router or changed its LAN IP address before?

To solve the current issue, please hard reset the NC450 by holding the wps/reset button for 10s.

And then follow the instruction below to configure it:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/821/

May it help, good day.

@Kevin_Z The TPCamera app can't detect my NC450. the camera is connected via an ethernet connection to the router. The led indicator is solid green. I also tried connecting to the camera via its IP address but the internet says the site can't be reached. Just connecting to the camera via camera is already giving me a headache, so disappointed. Please do give me a solution this issue.

@Kevin_Z

I have the exact same issue - except my camera was connected continuously Aug 2018 to June 2021 with no problem (ethernet connection). and suddenly it was no longer connected. The app/cloud/iphone cannot find my camera now and I'm on the same router and ip address and I have  the same iphone
