Why cant other members of my family, who are sharing the payment for the subscription, cannot access the cloud activity. that is just unfair. I do not want to make a new account and reconfigure all 9 cameras and 1 doorbell in our house. 

 

I  regret buying this brand. they are cheap compared to Ring probably thats why, Might need to invest on some other expensive brands as this brand's app has so many features lacking. we are basically paying the same subscription fee as the Ring before. I would not recommend this brand at the moment. 

 

this request has been posted by another person last 2023 and now still has not been resolved.  you basically want us to log out of our  current email, make a shared email for all my family members and reconfigure all the cameras and doorbell AGAIN? do you know how long that takes? 

 

Not to mention the settings do not sync between iPhone, iPad and Mac.

 

Thre's also no option to have multiple schedules to turn off notifications on different times and days of the week. I have to rely on iOS Focus settings to do this. 

 

It's funny that when you post something here, they respond to you and if the topic is different, they ask you to make an individual thread for those other issues.
