Hi,

I am building my new home and want to implement the tapo smart dimmer switch and tapo smart outlet house wide to my new home.

Therefore, I want to let the house maker to install all the smart dimmer switches and smart outlets for me.

Before doing that, I want to confirm a few things.

1. If it is possible to use it first without configuring with app in order to use them as normal switch?

2. Since I will let my house maker install all the devices for me, how can I do the configuration afterwards with my phone app?

There will be so many new devices in my new home waited to be paired and configured, so how can I know exactly which one that I am currently configuring with the tapo app?

👆This is my biggest concern.

I have multiple switches controlling the different lighting zones in my living room, so how I can exactly configure them in app is crucial.

3. Finally, if in the future, I want to change the wifi password, how can I do it easily?

I saw a post that complaining on this. I am wondering if it is solved or not.
