Tapo E27 bulbs not Working in Bulb Holder

I have 2 E530 bulbs which I set up in house and they both work correctly. When I move them to their exterior positions neither bulb powers on.
I am using Eiva IP65 bulb holders - I have confirmed that they are working with other non Tapo bulbs.....I am totally confused ....does anyone have thoughts on this issue.

What's the type of the bulb holder? Is it E27? Can you check the output voltage and current on the Eiva IP65 bulb holder? We need to make sure it is consistent with smart bulb's specification.
Which specific model of the Eiva IP65 bulb holder are you using? Please share a link here.

As a reminder, Tapo L530 cannot be used outdoors as it isn't waterproof. We remain highly skeptical and concerned about the feasibility and safety of installing and using bulbs in outdoor environments, even when using with a waterproof bulb holder. We strongly advise against this practice if it is part of your intended setup
