C520WS Cannot find Wifi network (eero mesh wifi)

Hello,
I have a few Tapo/Kasa devices, for cameras, C120 / C121 models, and they have connected with no issue.
I recentlty purchased a C520WS, and cannot get it to find my wifi network during setup.
I have:
1) Reset the camera multiple time and re-tried.
2) Updated the Tapo Android App on my phone to latest version
3) Set up the camera hard wired to my network, and updated the firmware to most recent version, then reset to try the setup again for wifi
4) Set my eero network to Pause 5GHz and only use 2.4G on setup
5) Added my Network info manually (eg. like a hidden network)
6) rebooted the eero mesh network fresh
The camera can find a neighbours 2.4Ghz in the scan, but not mine. I am 3 feet from the main gateway eero, and have excellent strength on all other devices.
Eero does not let users change the wifi channel (it's either 1-9 or channel 11)/
Is there any other options I can try, or is there a newer version outdoor pan/tilt camera that will support 5Ghz/eero?

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions "What's the difference between the TP-Link Products?" to see the difference between Tapo C520WS and C530WS.
If you can find and add the camera to the mobile hotspot Wi-Fi, please try to set the hotspot Wi-Fi name, password, and security type to be the same as your home Wi-Fi, then set up the camera to connect to the hotspot Wi-Fi.
After you set up the camera successfully, turn off the hotspot Wi-Fi and check if the camera will connect to your home Wi-Fi automatically. If not, reboot the camera for a try.

Hi,
Typically, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot when you fail to set up a Tapo camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
Thank you for the detailed information you provided. In this situation, please check if your Wi-Fi name or password includes special characters, such as %, @, etc. If so, change the Wi-Fi name or password for a try.
You can also try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.
Currently, we do not have an outdoor pan/tilt camera that supports 5G Wi-Fi.

Thanks @Solla-topee
I can find and add the camera to the mobile hotspot, however that doesn't really solve anything as it's not on my home wifi network inm that scenario.
All firmware and setup is complete via hotspot or hard wired. I cannot find my house's 2.4Ghz network at all on the camera.
I've tried all the options on my eero mesh wifi, turning on legacy mode, only forcing 2.4Ghz etc.
No other Tapo camera have this connection issue.
Can you tell me the difference between the C520WS and the C530WS? is one newer etc?

@northtron I ve the same problem. C520WS and C530WS are unable to find the network. Other Tapo camera and smart plugs work without a problem.
Edit: Router FRITZ!Box 7590 2,4 and 5 GHz

@Solla-topee Thank You. Somehow after refreshing the networks in my router the set up worked without a problem.
