I installed this camera about a month ago. It worked fine for 2 weeks, for last 2 weeks it keeps disconnecting frim wifi network and doesn't reconnect. When I restart the camera or restart my modem, it connects OK. Sometimes after about 3 hours it disconnects again. Sometimes it works fine for about 7 hours before disconnecting  again. Wifi signal is strong near the camera location.  Network cable is not available so have to use the wifi.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the disconnect issue.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going Offline?
 

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
  1. Please list the troubleshooting you did and the results.
  2. Led status on the camera when it's offline: Red/ Flashing Green/ Solid Green, etc. 
  3. The model number of your modem/Wi-Fi router and the home network topology, for example, ISP Spectrum-Archer C7 router<Wireless> Tapo cameras.
  4. Do you have a problem even if your phone connects to the same Wi-Fi as the camera?
  5. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and send me the RSSI value when it's working.
