Model C120 V1 "This smart device can only be controlled locally"

Just received my new camera C120 yesterday, the initial setup was with no problems.
The camera is working just fine as far i can tell.
But in the Tapo App i am still getting an annoying message:
"network unstable" and
"This smart device can only be controlled locally"
Which is not the case, because i can control my camera remotely.
And yes my Router is using the google DNS
What is going on here?

Hi Thank you for the reply.
Yes the error message did appear all the time, but i was able to manage the camera remotely whenever on mobile data or on my house Wi-Fi.
However i get rid of the messages by removing the camera from the app, and removing the app from my phone. And then do the install and setup for a second time.
My camera is close to my ASUS router ( RT-AX86U ) which is sending dual band (2,4G and 5G).
The only difference now is that the camera was on the latest firmware when performing the setup for a second time..

Hi,
Typically, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you can't control the camera remotely.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
In your case, please confirm the following information.
1) Does the message "This smart device can only be controlled locally" appear on the Tapo app at all times? How do you control the camera remotely? Is it on a phone with mobile data used only?
2) Please ensure you are using the latest Tapo app, and send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message for further analysis.
Best Regards
