Unable to share Tapo Cam device link through TP link ID

I am trying to share my device with family member through the option available, post entering the tp link id I am getting error as network unstable which is weird.

2. Please confirm that your phone and the camera have an active internet connection. If the camera's signal strength is weak, please try to move it closer to the router.
