RV20 Max Plus treating carpeted area as a no go zone and not cleaning here despite being added as a carpet in the room map

Double-check the settings on Carpet Preferences you set for the carpet zone. Is it set to No Cleaning? If Vacuum Only is chosen, and when the mop mount is attached, the robot vacuum will avoid the carpet zone or cross it quickly if unavoidable.
