Audio Issues with Tapo Cameras
Hi,
I'm having issues related to audio with my 2 Tapo cams, C212 and TC70.
Even when people are 3-5 feet from cameras, the audio is very low and croaky. Impossible to understand most of the time.
I scanned the forums and did all the suggestions related to configurations. Nothing helped.
How could I acquire firmware updates to fix this problem?

Hi,
It's suggested that you refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported issue.
1. Make sure that there are no obstructions covering the microphone and speaker openings on the camera.
2. Confirm the microphone and speaker volume of the camera are set at a high level on our app.
3. Ensure the camera is positioned to allow clear and unobstructed sound reception. Avoid placing it in enclosed spaces or near surfaces that may reflect sound.
4. Test the audio with your mobile device positioned away from the camera, preferably in a different room. The proximity between the phone and camera during a voice call can cause audio feedback.
We do not have firmware for the Tapo C212 and TC70 to fix the audio issue now, if the above tips do not work, please send us videos showing the reported issue and describe how you record the videos for analysis.
You can upload the videos to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download them and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.

Thanks for your suggestions. However, as pointed out in the original post, I have already read and applied all these troubleshooting steps, and they did not help at all.
What is the process here, could you please let me know? If you don't have a firmware to fix this, what would be the expected outcome from recording and sending the videos to you?
