My Tapo C211 keeps getting stuck when moving sideways. I tried to help the device by moving it a little and it will resume moving. However, I am unable to do it remotely.
Already tried the following:
1. Reset Camera
2. Restore Factory Setting
3. Update Firware
4. No issues on the internet as I have done this remotely or when I am beside the camera

Please check the following information for the reported issue.
1. Are you having an issue where the camera gets stuck when you pan the camera through the Tapo app, but if you use your hands to help pan the camera a little, then you can pan the camera smoothly through the Tapo app?
2. If so, is the camera stuck at a specific position when you pan it? Is there any error message prompt on the Tapo app? It is recommended to check if there is a hard object stuck that causes the camera to not pan.
3. If you tap Pan & Tilt correction when the issue happens, will it solve the issue?
