Me pide formatear SD cada cierto tiempo

Cada cierto tiempo y no sé el motivo las cámaras ( tengo 3) me piden formatear la SD para que puedan funcionar. Hasta que no lo hago no vuelven a registrar grabaciones.

Pero no es solo una cámara si no son todas aunque no los mismos días.

No me he dado cuenta pero ignoro si es cuando se actualice de forma automática el firmware o algo así.

Pero no debería pedir formatear la memoria.

Alguien me puede decir el motivo???

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.

1. Do you have three Tapo C320WS? What's the hardware and firmware version of these cameras?

2. What's the model number, format, and capacity of the SD card?

3. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Local Storage page to check if the Loop Recording feature is enabled. If not, enable it for a try.

4. If the Loop Recording feature is enabled but the Tapo app asks to format the SD card often, please send me a picture of the prompt when the app asks to format the SD card, and please check if the SD card storage is full on the Storage & Recording > Local Storage page.
