It's 4am here and my baby just activated my Tapo Care free trial while I was trying to get him back to sleep

I want to use this trial later in the year

I know I can cancel myself but then I don't get another chance

I'm aware the rule is you only get one chance and customer service understands that this was an accident but were unable to fix it and suggested trying here
