1. Can you restore the connection between the camera and NVR by deleting the camera and reconnecting only? Can you restore the connection by rebooting the camera or other ways?

i can restore conection by deleting and add camera again, but only for 5 minutes before disconected again, but it not work by rebooting camera

  2. Please check if you can stream the camera on a PC with iSpy or VLC program. If so, do you have the disconnect issue?

i try downgrade the firmware and it work normally like before upgrade. in my conclusion the BUGS IS IN FIRMWARE 1.4.1

  3. Please describe your network diagram in detail.

connection using my internal LAN, not using internet. using 1 Wifi router only, my pc locate on same LAN IP and subnet

I am also facing an issue after upgrading to version 1.4.1, it was working normally with the NVR (ONVIF) before the upgrade, I tried factory resetting it and chaning the ONVIF credentials but still it never worked. Could you please share the older firmware and how you managed to install it on the camera.

1- I am using Avigilon ACC7
2-  I can't you establish the Onvif connection, it was working normally until I updated it yesterday to version 1.4.1, I tried another new C200 camera with version 1.3.4 it worked normally.

Hi,
I was able to run steam RTSP in VLC, and ONVIF on iSpy.
But still ONVIF is not wokring in Avigilon, and RTSP worked but it keeps disconnecting and connecting. Everything is working normally with Avigilon with the version 1.3.4.
