Camera changes to auto even though I select day?
Hey all,
I just got the Tc60 and set it up. I've set the camera from auto to day and after sometime, I load the camera and it's set back to auto.
Very frustrating because I want it set to day at all times but seen it reverting back to auto.
It's not been turned off, moved or touched... is there a way to force it to use day at all times?
It's on the latest firmware etc.

Hi,
1. What's the firmware and hardware version of the TC60? Can you send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message?
2. Please ensure the Tapo app is also up to date.
Best Regards

Hi,
After you change the mode from Auto to Day, please force close the Tapo app, reopen it, and check whether the mode will change from Day to Auto soon.
If this problem occurs only after you change the mode for some time, rather than immediately, we recommend that you change your TP-Link account password, don't share the account with others, make sure only you can log in to the Tapo app with the new account, and then check if the mode will change automatically.
What can I do if I forget my password of the cloud account
Best Regards

@Solla-topee I have just changed the password and done the force close method as method.
Once force closed and I re-open the app, I do not need to force close it again do I? I can just leave the app as it.
I will come back if the issue persists. I am wondering if hiding the app might affect it but right now it's on day mode and probably the last time, it was on day for at least half a day before I noticed the auto switch back.
