Hello - Even though motion detection and motion tracking is disabled in settings the cameras still track and follow movement. How can we disable it from moving???

Hello @Josh256

Can you check if the Motion Detection Settings on Home/Away mode are both disabled?

For pan-tilt camera, camera will rotate to examine pan-till feature when bootup or reboot, it is also recommended to make sure camera is powered on and not reboot at that time.
