Model: General Product Tapo C310

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.4.1

After update to latest firmware 1.4.1 Build 241204 Rel 58421n the resolution is really bad compared to 1.3.11. How can I downgrade? Or do you release a new firmware? As it is now there is no sharpness what so ever in the live stream. Running Tapo C310 v2.

Anyone else experience this?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.

1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Video & Display page > Video Quality page, have you selected the highest value?

2. How many devices are streaming the camera simultaneously? In the local network or not?

3. Can you send us pictures of the camera's live view page before and after firmware updates?

Thanks for your reply.

All of my cameras runs on 2K. I have six f them and they all works fine when it comes to resolution, except the one that have updated firmware. Rest of them are not updated due to the resolution problem. All of them are connected to a tp-link nvr. So only one device streaming the camera and it is in a local network.
