Hi,
1. It's suggested to send us the camera's MAC address via a private message and remove it from the thread.
2. A new firmware has been pushed to your camera, please update it via the Tapo app and check if it helps.

Hi, 
1. Is there no sound on the camera's Live View page or video recordings?

 

2. On the Tapo app > Camera's Live View page, please tap the Call icon, tap the icon at the top right corner on the Video Call page, then set the microphone and speaker volume to maximum, then check if there is sound on the camera's Live View or video recordings.

 

3. On the Tapo Camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page, please ensure the Record Sound option is enabled.

 

4. Please check if the camera's microphone or speaker has something covered. If so, clean the obstacles and check if it helps.
