Hi! When I see live my cam, I hear strange repeating noise. And it's definitely not comes from outside environment.

I found here the same problem with the same noise:

Hi,
The sound in the video you provided seems to be some background sound in the environment. It's suggested to put your camera in a quiet room and then use your phone to watch the camera in another room to test whether there is still noise.

If so, can you send us a video that shows the issue?
