Hi

 

I just setup my camera (it's a TP-Link Tapo C320WS). When I connect to the camera's video and audio feed in the Tapo app, I can hear a repeating noise, kind of like a scraping, or the sound of someone digging. I can't hear it in person when I'm standing right near the camera.

 

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Hi,
Can you share a video about the noise problem with us? For example, you can upload the video to your own cloud server(such as Google Drive), then generate a link and send it to me via private message.

What's the model number and OS version of your phone? Do you hear the same noise when watching the camera on a different phone?

  @Solla-topee Here's a video of the noise: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uo_geJNMwC92lQufK0A0LppURo8bNV3G/view - it's an iPhone 13 running iOS 16.5. I hear the same noise when viewing the feed via Agent DVR as well.

Hi,
It seems there is noise in the environment from the video recording. Can you place the camera indoors, put it in a quiet environment, away from the electric devices, and then check if you can hear the same noise from the Live View page?
