Do you have a Tapo P100 or a Tapo P100M?
- Try to unplug the smart plug for some time, see if it helps.
- Unplug the smart plug and gently tap its side against a wall or table. You can do this several times and try different sides. Then plug it back in and test if it returns to normal.
- Factory reset the smart plug. How to factory reset the Tapo smart plug
If the above suggestions doesn't help, you may contact the retailer or local TP-Link support to proceed with the warranty.
▶ Landscape Mode - Tapo App for Pad
▶ Share Your Pet Story. Win Free Tapo Care!
▶ Smart Action 2.0 Explore and meet the next level home automation.
