Pet detection
I have my camera set to detect pets at the front of my house to try and find out who's dog is fouling on my grass. I also have it set to detect people and motion. It detects people and people with a dog walking past, but when I find some dog fouling on the grass area nothing has been detected/recorded.

Hi,
1. On the camera's Device Settings > Detection > Pet Detection page, please set the sensitivity value to 10 and check if it helps.
2. Can you record a video manually on the camera's Live View page showing that the dog/pet can't be detected/recorded, and send us the video?
You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
