Hi everyone!
Recently I updated my C510w to the last version as the app requested (1.3.1), after the update all the PTZ functions stopped working, it used to work perfectly before the update. I use a Hikvision DVR and I have other PTZ cameras, I also have a Tapo C210 that works perfectly.
I tried to reset the camera but still the same.
What can I do to restore the functionality?
