Tapo C402 rapidly blinking red then turning off

Hello,
I've bought this camera and no matter where I connect it for a first charge, it will blink red a few times and then turn off. It wont charge so I cant even start using it
What can be the problem and how I solve it?
Thanks!!

Hi,
1. Please ensure you have powered on the camera with the original power adapter from the box that comes with the camera.
2. After plugging the USB cable into the camera, press and hold the Power button on the back of the camera for 3 seconds to turn on the camera, and then check if the Status LED on the front of the camera will turn on or not.
Best Regards
