Model: Tapo C210
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

Hello,

I recently purchased a box containing two Tapo C210 cameras.

One of them upgraded immediately to the latest firmware (1.4.4), but the other is still stuck on version 1.3.11 and does not recognize or update to the new version.

This issue is causing me significant trouble because I use an NVR system based on IP cameras. With the outdated firmware, I am unable to set a static IP for the camera. As a result, the camera's IP address keeps changing, which disrupts my setup.

Could you please guide me on how to update the firmware for this camera? If this cannot be resolved, should I consider returning the cameras?

Thank you for your assistance!
