Tapo C210 not received the 1.4.2 firmware update yet
Hi,
I have a couple of Tapo C210 (Hardware version 2.0) cloud cameras. One of the cameras has not received the v1.4.2 firmware update while the others have.
This camera is still on firmware version 1.3.11.
How can I can get the latest firmware for the camera?

The firmware v1.4.4 of the Tapo C210 V2 has been fully released. Usually, you can detect the new firmware on your Tapo app and update it if your camera is online.

If you want to use the new firmware of the Tapo C210 V2, we can provide a beta firmware, and please send me(@Solla-topee) "Forum ID 699376+Tapo C210's MAC address" via a private message to obtain the beta firmware.
Typically, it's recommended to wait patiently for the new official firmware to be released to your camera.
Before the Upgrade:
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2) How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App

Hi ! This topic started in September. Why is it taking so long to make this update available to all users ? I have two C210 V2 cameras, one has been updated but not the other one. When can we expect to have the update ?
